Be warned, however, that the puck is very tough (as it needs to be to support a heavy car), so cutting the four necessary grooves into its surface is quite hard - I had to use a cutting blade on a Dremel rotary tool at over 20,000rpm in the end, in conjunction with a tough flat-head screwdriver. It took about an hour to do this, but once done it fitted securely onto my jack.
As a bonus I'm told that you can use this to play hockey on ice, although I can't see why you'd want to. Good product.
As the rubber is very hard it was difficult to cut a groove along the centre line, I used a Dremel, a chisel and some elbow grease and they worked fine.
Regards using them for Ice Hockey, I'm sure they work fine for that too!
Worth every penny !!
Honestly, I bought it as a pad for my car jack after seeing somebody else do it - and it has worked well as that.
As far as being a hockey puck? I cant tell, but it feels like it would hurt if fired hard at somebody... so I guess that must be its main criteria
