I have had about 4 disappointments with Amazon (or its affiliates) this year. Products arriving late or with defects or not at all. The latest one the guy is offering me a discount. I don't want a discount on a faulty product. I want what I paid for, but it would probably be easier to take the discount and have the thing fixed than attempting return...having to queue up at that other successfully efficient giant...the post office. This Christmas I am in the market for 2, maybe 3 tablets...Amazon won't see me. They are driving me to the High Street..
