How to choose stationery?
- Always be prepared. While you might be a heavy technology user, for example, having stationery like pens and paper on you when you're out and about could save you if your technology runs out of battery.
- Decide which process is best for your files. If much of your information is organised electronically, it's worth investing in stationery supplies like scanners. But if your organisation prefers printed materials, photocopiers and ink cartridges are going to be more useful.
- Think about comfort. No matter what your work is, you'll be more productive if you're kitted out with good-quality furniture. Going for an ergonomically-designed office chair or a workstation with room for all your gadgets and papers is definitely wise.
