But what if they send you the wrong table?

I'm evaluating the service. Here is the story.
After ordering the 2ft 10 table, what I got instead was a 6ft table (which is HEAVY). An eventual response (email) from Folding Tables (FT) said 'Sorry': they would send me the right table in 24 hours. But a day and a half later FT said well no, actually they wouldn't send the table I had ordered because they already had sent one. As evidence they referred to the date on which the 6 foot table had been delivered. I replied in pithy terms that that was not the table I had ordered. I went so far as to use the word 'zinger' in reference to the kind of complaint I might make if I didn't get the table I had paid for.) FT, in their reply, said that the guy who had said he would have my table sent by 24 hour service had gone on holiday. (So I had hung around the house they day before for nothing.) FT, they didn't like "blackmail" (i.e., customers who will complain when given the wrong product and been misled into thinking it's going to come on a certain day.)FT also cancelled my order. (Difficult customer, see.)
If you like to get embroiled in wrangles with a company where a 6 foot table gets mistaken for one that's half that size and not even the managers read the back correspondence at the foot of an email, this is the company for you.
Anyone want a heavy 6 foot folding table? So far Folding Tables has declined to have it collected, and I haven't been able to give it away.
