When I first saw these briefs I thought that they were much too small. But after trying them on they did fit ok, even though they were rather tight. They seem very good quality for the low price, and they are very stretchy. I would have prefered them in white, but blue was the only colour available at that time. I went to a local sports shop to find swimming briefs but all they had was swimming shorts, which is a bit stupid really for a sports shop. All in all, they are a good buy, but if you have a waist larger than 30" I would not go for these briefs. They would fit a person with a 28" waist, and would probably be a bit more comfortable.
A neat, sleek speedo brief, great price, fits well too. I suggest to the reviewer who experienced spippage at Centre Parcs, that he ties the drawstring waist or buys a smaller size! Wear cool board shorts at Centre Parks, in my experience swim briefs are generally worn by dedicated pool/sea swimmers.

The listing at Amazon and the label says 30 inch waist but what comes through the post is a 12 inch waist pair of swimming briefs, good only for a small boy. And beware: the postage is £2.62 and you will have to pay it again to return the item.
