PonyCycle NL Delivery Rates
All prices are incl. standard shipment. Shipment too addresses outside the country is also possible, please check the shipment policies about the costs. Express delivery (fast delivery) is also possible, please check the shipment policies.
If the customer wants to return the PonyCycle, please send it back yourself to our business address in The Netherlands. We will refund the purchase (not the express delivery costs) and also refund 10,- for the return.
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Delivery Policies
We ship the items from our own warehouse in The Netherlands. Normal delivery is in 4-7 working days after your order. If the customer wants to receive the PonyCycle faster, please choose express delivery. Check the shipment policies for mor information or send us an E-mail.
If a delivery is not successful because the customer is not at home, the customer will receive a notification card. You can arrange a new delivery or pick the parcel up in a store nearby.

Q: How is the item shipped?
A: The PonyCycles are in a full-color box. These box is boxed in a big brown box. The full-color box will be still new with no transportstickers on it, also nobody (also not your child) will notice there is a PonyCycle inside the brown shippingbox.
Q: How do we assembly the PonyCycle?
A: The PonyCycle is in two parts in the box. With two screws and the supplied tool (all in the box), it is very easy to assembly.
Q: How does it move forward?
A: No batteries required for the movement! Gental bounce up and down, feeling like riding a real horse. Turn the PonyCycle to the left and right. The turning angle is big enough, the rider will not flip over. For everybody safety, the PonyCycle will not move backward. Avoid other kids pull the PonyCycle.
Q: My PonyCycle is not moving forward anymore. Is it broken?
A: Every wheel is having a break, these breaks must be pointed down. If they're standing up (it is nog easy to do, but sometimes children change the direction of the breaks), the PonyCycle is not moving forward. Please check all 4 breaks by the wheels.

Sizing information
The PonyCycle is a TradeMark, we only sell the official PonyCycles, no fake ones! With the PonyCycle you will be sure you have a high quality product, very save for children to ride on with the EN-71 mark and patent.
PonyCycle is having two sizes to ride on; the small PonyCycles (for children from 1,5 - 4 years old) and the medium one (for children from 4 - 9 years old). The adult edition is only for the rental business and not for sale. The adult edition is also very heavy and rigid in a living room.
Please notice: the box is smaller than the PonyCycle, you still have to assembly the item. Please check the assembly instruction by this Custom Help Page and check the instruction manuel inside the box.
