Delivery Policies

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your interest in our Amazon Seller Account. 
Once your order has reached our seller end we will process the dispatch and start scheduling the delivery.
Usually delivered within 7-10 working days depending on your postal code and availability of the two man service couriers.
You will receive automated messages for the estimated delivery. 
While these messages are sound for smaller parcel shipments we have to use Van services with two men in order to load and unload the large items we are selling.

Please Do Not wait home or take the day off, just because you will receive the ''automated estimate range of delivery day''
The reason to this is that we are using a ''two man courier service''  to deliver your large items of this order.

Our couriers will not just show up or leave the items out of your delivery address door but will give you a confirmation call or sms text a day prior to the delivery and even some time before they arrive.

Please understand that it is in our best interest to deliver the quickest possible to you and we are always trying to deliver within the estimated delivery range, but there could be cases of minor delays due to high demand and full capacity of the two man service.

Our couriers drivers and personnel will deliver and unload the furniture to the ground floor of your shipping address. It is the couriers discretion to charge if they need to go up more flights of stairs.

Two-man white glove delivery will deliver in your living room. More than one flight of stairs requires a lift that fits the items in or otherwise the items will have to be handled by the buyer. 
Our Couriers will give you a 1 day prior telephone call to confirm the day of the delivery and give you the time slot. 

Our couriers will contact you at least 1 day prior to the delivery day/date, to confirm the delivery and inform you for the time slot that they will deliver to your address. 
They will contact you between 09:00am-17:00pm on the number provided on your chosen ''delivery address details'' of Amazon.co.uk.

We suggest you make sure that you have an up to date valid contact number that we can reach you. If not please inform us with the correct number. The same stands for your address.

Alternatively to track your order promptly please contact direct our couriers (3 days after your order is dispatched) on 01217711494 office hours 09:00-17:00. Ask to track your FURNITURE-STOP order and use as reference your delivery address Postal Code.
