Business as usual at Royal Mail There will be little or no impact on Royal Mail as a result of the CWU strike at the Post Office. Deliveries will carry on as normal and the last posting dates for Christmas remain unchanged. Royal Mail customers will also continue to have access to Royal Mail services including pre-paid parcel drop-off through over 1,200 Customer Service Points at Delivery Offices nationwide. Our Customer Service Points are open six days a week, with over 200 of the busiest offices also open on Sundays.
Privacy and Security
Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, 10 days after the goods were expected to arrive.
As all L and S Prints’ products are personalised we will only accept returns of products that suffer from a manufacturing defect.
Products must be returned in their original delivery condition within 10 days of dispatch and the final decision is at the discretion of our customer services team.
Please do not send your “faulty” products back to L and S Prints without contacting a member of our team first. We must remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at time of purchase which are on our website if purchased online
We only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so that you have proof of delivery. The customer has to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked by our customer service team and found to be faulty.
Where there is a small/minor fault we may suggest an alternative method of repair
