"What A Joy For Any One Learning the Ukulele." - by G.H. (Midlands UK)
I am almost 70 years young (not ready for the carpet slippers just yet) and I have always loved banjo and ukulele music. Being a lover of George Formby, who I saw live at Blackpool in 1956 when I was just twelve years old. George played the Ukulele in two versions, (the guitar shaped and the banjo style) but was more famous for his Banjo Ukulele. The Banjo Ukulele is the one I have, which is a Ozark, mid priced model, which has an antique style Remo head, 12 brass brackets and flange, with the resonator and neck in antique mahogany left in a matt finish. I just love it.
Anyway, I am not here to discuss about the instrument, but to review this wonderful song book, made for the Ukulele player. I can honestly say that I am familiar with most of the songs in this book and everyone ... full review

"Great book, not for absolute beginners!" - by James Green
Fantastic book with some really well known tunes. Not a book for absolute beginners though. I bought this book with my first uke and it gathered dust for quite a while until I'd gained a bit of experience.

"Great starter book" - by Paulos
Bought this as I wanted a simple song book to get me playing my first songs on the Ukulele, and also wanted to play them to my young daughter. The songs are easy to follow and it builds your confidence in playing. After a few weeks I have nearly mastered them all and all the chords the book covers. I am now dipping into the "Blue" book to try some of the harder songs and learn some new chords having learnt the basics through this book.

Thoroughly recommended to get you started!

"Old Dogs CAN learn new tricks!" - by Phillip Strong
I'm 80 years in April and wondering just why I'm attempting to play a uke? It is one of those things to do that
came out of my bucket list to do before it's too late! What with stiff fingers with arthritis and fat fingers, I
really thought I would never last through the beginning stages. However, I found that with an ounce of tenacity
and looking forward to playing something I could sing with, I opened "21 Songs in 6 Days" and began. I was delighted
and satisfied with pleasant satisfaction to learn chords so fast and was able to sing a simple tune before my fingers
gave in for the first lesson! This is "amazing" as you kids say, and it truly is. I liked adding one thing at a time
as I worked through the lesson, and enjoyed using this beginners ... full review

Fantastic books for use in schools when working with large groups. The pupils loved working towards a realistic performance because the songs are short versions- chorus , which is perfect when you want to teach a range of songs that can also be accompanied with other instruments. Perfect- thank you for creating this resources-MTY ltd

"Highly recommended." - by Ms. C. M. De Gruchy
I was really happy with this book. Full verses included. Clear chords shown with each song. Great summary of chords at the end, strumming and tab info too - very impressive. I wished there had been a few more traditional carols in it but overall the best Christmas book I've come across.
