"A powerful technique based on a new understanding of human systesms" - by Gideon
The book can be a bit heavy going, but what it says is amazing. I often spent hours just thinking about one paragraph.

This is in sharp contrast to how Amazon conduct their business and how much they pay of our taxes. When I purchase an item from a British company, I am happy to pay some of my money towards tax - assuming that it is is used for my country. "The Joys of Systems Thinking" - by David Leonard (Dublin, ------ Ireland)
This book makes an important contribution to a problematic world crying out for joined-up thinking. "A Truly Excellent Introduction" - by Martina Keens-Betts (London)
I would definitely recommend this book to any adult or teenager who wants to gain a clear and robust preliminary knowledge of the subject. It also provides a good 'map' on where to go for further information.

"An excellent easy to read book that gives the reader accessible options for service evaluation" - by Amazon Customer
I've read this book a few times & was first introduced to the concept by my local authority children's services to improve outcomes for children.
It provides the reader whether this be a service manager looking to run services better or a local authority making whole systems changes with the tools to plan this effectively.
