Was unfortunate enough to receive a liner with poor stitching. Product did otherwise to appear to be of very good quality with the material feeling very similar to silk. Returned for a refund with absolutely no quibbles from the seller. If you want to avoid silk, I'd recommend. The 2 year rip-return warranty makes up for the occasional risk of poor stitching.

"Hide in it to avoid mosquito bites and look cool" - by Alexandra Thomas
Used as a sleeping bag for travel in Southeast Asia. Offered some escape from mosquitoes at night. That is great because Malaria mosquitoes are active at night. Dengue mosquitoes are active during sunlight hours... So I still caught Dengue fever but at least I didn't also have Malaria.

"I feel like Greta Garbo sleeping between silk sheets!" - by AJ (Sussex)
In reality it's ideal as a sleeping bag liner and it does wash and dry quickly after I've slept at a friend's house. I've never tried it in the great outdoors so don't have any idea how it would dry on a mountain campsite.

"Good value for a pure silk product" - by AG
Great little liner, takes up no space and weighs next to nothing. Superior to the "art-silk" liners by far. On warm nights it's great to just sleep in the liner!

""Kangaroo Pouch.....!!!"." - by DENNIS
First time ever used a sleeping bag. On my own now, (Pensioner), I cannot lift the heavyTempur mattress to change the bottom fitted sheet. So, together with a " liner" ( which ) is easily washed weekly - I now get into my "Kangaroo Pouch" every night, placed on top of my bed. Then I'm "Snug and warm" - Works excellent for me.....

"Overall I am very pleased with the purchase" - by tim hyam
I have just used this for 23 nights in Italy.I am just under 6 feet, and have ample room in it. In a refuge, the hood is large enough to fit over a normal sized pillow, and works well. This means there is a lot of material around the head when used in a mummy style sleeping bag, it can work round to block your air supply when you close up the sleeping bag hood, so I didn't close both hoods at the same time. The liner itself does seem to add appreciably to overall warmth. Previous silk liners have sooner or later ripped as a result of my movements, only time will tell with this one, but the material seems to be more robust than that of its predecessors. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

"Perfect for Backpackers!" - by Amazon Customer
I've just returned from a 6 week backpacking trip around Australia with this sleeping bag liner, and really put it to the test! I chose the pink colour which was lovely and bright, and the liner quality is great. The material did well at keeping me cool when sleeping in hotels/hostels but also providing extra warmth when camping in the Outback. Very compact, and comes in a handy little travel bag which allowed for me to hook it onto my backpack with ease. The pillow slot is great and saves bringing an additional pillowcase. I'd recommend this product to anyone travelling or backpacking - it's nice to have the peace of mind that your sheets are clean when staying in budget accommodation!!!

"Quality item" - by Daisybel
In comparison to my old liner this feels very robust but without being too bulky. I've being using it on our van whilst too hot for a sleeping bag, perfect and very 'roomy' so moving about in your sleep doesn't mean you end up strangling yourself!

"They have been absolutely brilliant, they are tiny so fitted well into our ..." - by Tejay de Kretser
I travel with 2 small boys and my partner. Being away from home means who sleeps where depends on how confident the kids feel in the new environment, for those of you who have kids you'll know if you share a bed with them you get no covers! 2 nights before we flew I remembered so started looking at options. Very quickly I'd narrowed it down to silk and then I found these with both a pillow insert and stretch side panels. They have been absolutely brilliant, they are tiny so fitted well into our hand baggage allowance, they are both cool and warm when needed. They are expensive but for us the quality of sleep we've managed to get in our first 4 nights away outweighs this straight away!
