Very practical and handy collection of salads' recipes. Divided into 6 chapters:

All recipes are step-by-step explained with the photo of ready salad. At the bottom you will find information how long it will take to prepare the meal, and nutrition facts - kcalories, proteins, carbohydrates per serving etc.
Salads are mostly simple, but for me inspiring - you can use marinates or dressing to create your own salad. This small book gives you wide choice of recipes - Italian, Asian, French etc.
I am really happy to have it, and with the price I've paid it was a bargain.
