"Great Journal for Mindfulness"
This book was exactly what I wanted. Each week it allows you to set goals for the week ahead based on different topics (money, home, happiness, relationships, career, etc.) and also allows for a period of reflection on what you are good at and what you are grateful for. It also has a to do list for work and personal life. The only downside is I feel the personal life list should be bigger than the work list.
I would really recommend this journal. It recommends that you spend 15 - 45 minutes a week depending on the week and I use it as a nice wee mindfulness exercise each week.
