"A pocket testbed." - by Grame Fletcher (Northeast UK)
Put this in your pocket and use it for practice, or even to check out a guitar you might want to buy. It has an extraordinary number of functions packed into a truly useful headphone amp, and offers clean, tremolo, chorus, phase and delay/reverb options with gain, tone and volume controls. You might astonish yourself, but be sure to turn the volume down, or you might go deaf!

"this is awesome. Distorted tone is ace and just what I ..." - by Seegar (Shrewsbury, Shropshire United Kingdom)
There were a few negatives written about this and I always read them before doing anything. Ignore them, this is awesome. Distorted tone is ace and just what I like. Classic rock tone. Works great.

"It does the work but don't expect it to reproduce same quality effects of a standard amplifier." - by Guilherme Monteiro (London, UK)
It does the work but don't expect it to reproduce same quality effects of a standard amplifier. I bought it mainly to play with my electric guitar to avoid louder noises and also because it is easy to use. The big surprise it was when I plugged it in my electro-accoustic guitar Tanglewood. An incredible timbre. It is just perfect to play an standard rock timbre.

"Perfect for late night practise" - by Amazon Customer
Perfect for late night practise, and even has an aux input to connect an MP3 player or similar to play along to. The sound doesn't rival a real speaker, but perfect when noise would be a problem.

"Miraculous device, provides great bass to your headphones and can even add drum accompaniment!" - by Gary Parker (UK)
This wonderful little device plugs into your bass guitar and delivers excellent bass sound to your headphones. It also can provide really convincing drums to play along to - when I give the headphones to other people, they cannot believe it, where are the drums coming from?! You can connect this device to an amp if you want to annoy other people, or to your phone if you want music to play along to. What a great little device!

"Mini amp, massive sound." - by Bugsy (Spalding)
Never written a review before but felt compelled to write one on this mini amp. It is without doubt the best 16 quid I've spent in ages. I bought one for a jammin buddy's birthday present and decided to get one myself. Such a big sound with fx switch too. Easy to use, you can pick up your guitar and you're playing in seconds. Connect your phone, stick on a backing track and rock! Without annoying the neighbours. The acoustic is now gathering dust.

"What it says on the tin" - by Luke (England)
Exactly what I was after, if you need something that is almost as convenient as plugging your headphones straight into your guitar, this is ideal.
Compact, no faff and a sound that is definitely clean enough (with the gain dial turned almost all the way down) to happily play without distortion

"Perfect" - by Bradley
Perfect to throw in your gig bag if you cant take your stand. I use it constantly when recording to my computer as it sits my bass perfectly against the desk. I have take this on stage with me and used my bass amp as a stand when swapping between electric and double, does the job brilliantly, doesn't slip, especially when using the "Plectrum holder" for its obviously intended purpose of somewhere to put your pint.

"no brainer for budding rock guitarists" - by jeanette smy

"Good cost effective IEM solution for keyboards etc" - by ROBIN S.
I’ve been looking for a cheap IEM solution for playing live - I play guitar and synths, and look after the backing tracks in a loud covers band - so bought this to try out. I’m mostly stuck behind keyboards so don’t really need wireless. I run everything through a small Alto desk to provide a mix to my keyboard backline (also run a line out from guitar amp into the desk just for the IEM mix). The plan is to create a monitor mix using an Aux bus and feed the Aux out into the Electro-Harmonix headphone amp on my belt. Well so far so good. Although it seems to be designed for a low level guitar output the headphone amp seems to take the line out signal reasonably well although you have to keep the input level down a bit otherwise it distorts. I ... full review

"Excellent buy,use them all the time!" - by Tony
Great headphones! I love the screw in adapter (which I haven't come across before),comfortable and a great sound too! To the reviewer who said that they were good but the cord was on the wrong side for him,I suggest he has his head turned around , - OR - he could simply turn the headphones round ! They also came promptly.
Cheers!
Tony.

"Great little product" - by R. Uk (Springfield Gardens, New York, US)
This is a great little product. You can connect your phone to play along to music and the fx function has a good wah wah sound. Recharging is done through usb lead so batteries not required. It is an advancement from previous/similar products which ticks the boxes for functions needed.

"Essential Tool" - by Sid
For guitars with SIDE LOADING jack plugs only. Front body jack slots will not take this amps jack. I managed it on my Ibenez by adding 2 jack adaptors, large to small and then a small to large which I happened to have. Saying that, this is essential for any guitarist (barring pro's).
Although a little glitchy from time to time, this is not just for keeping the volume down at home or practice, it actually sounds pretty good and has a reasonable range of tones with the on-board easy to use dials. not just for lead as far as I am concerned. Hendrix to Dire Straits sounds all closely attainable (relatively). There are a few limitations but get one yourself, I doubt you'll regret it.
Great Value.
Overall I'm very pleased with it and well worth a tenner. Good delivery speed too, came within 2 days. Big smile on my face and ... full review
