"Dan Brown book collection" - by Seekings36
For £22 I found this to be excellent for the price. Averaging at less than £4 a book when the rrp is around £7 each.
Great books, good price, no trouble.

"good page-turner!" - by Karl
Having already read a few Dan Brown books, I knew what to expect and this book doesn't disappoint! Read the book on my kindle in about a week (which is good for me because I'm a slow reader). The story centres around two characters, one of which works in a government agency which intercepts virus' and emails and deciphers and breaks codes on a huge super-computer. Basically, a computer geek writes a coded program which cannot be deciphered or hacked, and this book follows the two main characters as they struggle to find the key to unlock the program. Normally, most people would say that the story idea seems a bit boring, but hey! this is Dan Brown and whilst he may not be seen as the best literary genius in the world, the guy sure knows how to write a book full of suspense and drama that you ... full review

"The sacred bones" - by Dee xx
I actually read the second book in the series first and loved it and went on to read other books by the author...his fast paced and well researched history really had me hooked. To finally read the first book in the series was exciting and I enjoyed every moment.

"Good - a real page turner" - by Tizzy
Almost on a par with his earlier Langdon books, not quite such a travelogue. Good plot easy reading. Couldn't put it down so I think that says it all

"Fast-paced and gripping" - by Celia Villa-Landa
I have given this book five stars, although it has a number of small faults, because I read it straight through without realising how much time had passed. There is a good sense of menace building up from the start and in some ways it is quite different from previous Jack Reachers in the way the two strands of the stories need to come together. The plot is a little predictable and the characters are the usual suspects, generally speaking, but how many original plots are there in the world? This is Jack reacher 23 after all. I have read all the other Reachers so I find it interesting to have a little more of Reacher's family background developed. I am not from the USA so for me the descriptions of small-town and country life, which some readers seem to find boring, are really interesting, and ... full review

"Professor Robert Langdon knows something. Or not." - by Correlation is not fact
Professor Robert Langdon knows something. Or not.
Gets chased. A lot. Actually, permanently chased until it switches to him doing some chasing too.
They want to kill him? Do they want to kill him? Or not? Why? Who does?
Sound familiar?

This time it is against, as is usual, an interesting backdrop of travelogues through Florence, Venice and Istanbul.
Short sentences. Short Chapters.
Somehow all that works. I wish I knew how and why. Is it because it reads like a screenplay? Is it a screenplay?

After Angels and Demons, everything that told me I shouldn’t enjoy this well paced romp through Europe on the trail of…well…does it matter?
Yet I did. A great deal. I have no doubt I shall be reading other of Mr Brown’s works although I have no idea why.

Want a holiday read? Read this.
Want a well paced page turner? Read this.
Want to be entertained? Read this.

In short. Read this.

"A real,page turner" - by Mrs Jayne T Stone
So pleased George is back. Trouble with these books is I can’t put them down once I start reading. I get engrossed in what’s happening and have to keep reading. Even knowing there was a twist I didn’t see it coming. More please Charlie

"Noble Beginnings: A Jack Noble Thriller (Jack Noble #1)" - by Jack Goodacre.
I like this author, You are not disappointed, The plots and the intrigue keeps you guessing. I like Jack Noble. The stories are action packed and its not like in films, where the hero never seems to get hurt. He is rough, ruthless and determined and yet also gentle. I could read about him all day (if I had the chance). Thank you L.T Ryan

"Good Blu Ray but could have been even better" - by Robert Coogan (UK)
As other reviews have stated, the Blu Ray contains both the original release and the extended "Roadshow" release with additional footage.

The picture and sound quality are very good, fairly surprising because the best audio offered is DTS 5.1. There is no lossless Dolby TRUEHD or DTS-HD MA (despite it saying DTS-HD MA on the cardboard sleeve).

If you're a fan of the film, then this is definitely the version to get, as it offers a significant improvement in picture and sound over the DVD versions.

It's just a shame that Universal didn't include a lossless audio track also, hence me docking 1 star from one of my favourite films.
