Failed after 8 months. The high end grpahics renderer went first and then a week later, the camera.
Dell's premium support was attrocious. They booked several appointments when I or my girlfriend had to make ourselves available, by adjusting working hours etc. Some appointments were cancelled on the same day, some were just no-shows. The emails had threats that if you didn't answer the phone first time to them on the day they said they were coming, they would cancel the repair, but they were happy to to cancel themselves.
It took a month and over 40 emails to successfully get an engineer to come and replace the motherboard.
When I complained about the poor service on this high end laptop, they technical support complaints manager was dismissive. Despite all the delays that Dell caused, they were not willing to extend the warranty.

At present this is an amazingly powerful laptop, suitable for gaming, software development and video editing.
For a laptop, it has one of the fastest SSD drives on the market, one of AMD's top Graphic cards and a generally high standard of other components.
The 4K resolution screen folds back completely enabling the large touchscreen to be used as a very large Windows 10 tablet.
Like most modern laptops, it is a sealed unit, so any component failure cannot be fixed by replacement at home. Similarly future upgrades will not be possible.
The only external connections are through USB-C ports, so most existing peripherals will need to use adaptors or hubs to provide conventional USB connectivity.
