Bought this directly from Dell in March. Fabulous laptop, works perfectly. Still going strong. No issues encountered yet, no ghost touch, bios issues etc. as mentioned on forums. (Sorry this review is for the i7 version)
I have owned this for 6 months It will now not charge, the problem is plastered all over the internet but the helpdesk is no help I have spent 2 hours on the phone to them updating BIOS etc to no avail, the next suggestion was to try another power cable great if you know someone with the same computer in your office, not great if you live in the wilds of Cornwall. If I want any further help it has to be sent to Germany which takes a minimum of 7 days, with no guarantee of solution, despite it being a common problem according to the internet. So if you want my advice don't buy Dell I have a £750 computer which the guarantee is worthless and I will have to try and fix myself and pay for.
