Code not recognised Amazon unhelpful

When I received the 3month movies pass I was unable to enter the code into now t.v. When I called Amazon (who were the sellers) they were unable to help and gave me a number to contact NOW direct. I dialed the number and it was for sky, who have me 2 options and both directed me to the now tv website. After a bit of snooping I managed to live chat now tv and the woman couldn't have been anymore helpful. Turns out Amazon sold me a code which hadn't been activated and I was provided with another code from now tv.
Very disappointed in Amazon.
