I assembled 2 chairs and the table and were fantastic and then on building the bench 2 seater I noticed a few parts were missing. I spoke to amazon who offered me a refund if I took it all apart again and re-boxe, but as most will know it took a while to assemble,p, or contact Keter. Keter said they will send the parts!!! Great!!! 3 weeks later no parts. I then filled their missing parts form online and waited 5 weeks...no parts!! Emailed and they replied saying they are waiting for spares, will be 2 more weeks. 2 months later, no parts, spoke on the phone and they are sending that night!! 3 weeks later and ignoring my last 5 emails,,,nothing. The product is actually very good! Just the customer service is shocking, amazing refunded me the price of the bench to buy another. Its a shame that Keter are now 100% ignoring all my emails and I have bought several of their products. I won't again.
