Cooks Really Well, Needs Propping Up to Drain Fat Properly Though
on 17 June 2017
Me and my partner are very happy with this. I think the larger portion grill is definitely the better option, even for just two people. It doesn't cost much and it gives you so much space. This is quite large though so if you're low on space be careful. This has grilled meat perfectly with no problems, my only complaint is that they really don't drain fat that well to be honest, it's a little big on the advertising. You're best propping up the back feet with something to make it actually drip into the tray, trust me it gets rid of so much more fat.
It heats up within a minute and is pretty easy to clean, if not a little cumbersome with the mains cable and everything. I'd just be careful about timings as it only has the one heat setting and if you're cooking something like bacon with large sausages it will not press down fully on the bacon so thin items won't get all the heat, but it's easy to account for that.
