Terrible after sales customer support from Keter

Bought the Maxi box, arrived with lid part broken at edges making it unusable, better transport packaging really needs incorporating, however the REALLY ANNOYING thing is 4 weeks after purchase and contacting Keter three times to inform them through their website I have had no answer/response. This will be the last Keter product I purchase, customer service obviously is not their strong point, in fact as far as I can see it is non-existent.
