High Definition copy worth every penny!
23 June 2017
The film just arrived today and managed to watch it straight off and on the big screen in my cinema room, wow the sound and picture quality in my opinion is better than the quality back in the cinemas on release, it's had a terrific makeover. I saw it in its original 35mm scope print and then it's 70mm print in a cinerama theatre, and none match the Bluray copy. So if you have the DVD and wonder if replacing it is worth it then I suggest yes, treat yourself, lay by 2 3/4hrs and sit back and relive one of the best disaster movies ever released.
