Customer Review

on 15 November 2013
I know these books are meant for younger readers, but Jude Watson does a great job of cover these dark forgotten corners of Star Wars history. Ferus Olin was the perfect Jedi Apprentice (Padwan) he said and did the right things by the book. This always infuriated the young Anakin Skywalker. Feeling Guilt over the death of another Padwan who died on a mission he left the Jedi Order before completing his training. After order 66, Obi Wan broke his exile to and sent Ferus on a mission the find the remaining Jedi. Teamed with Trever a war orphan (by the Empire) and self-taught explosive expert they continue their search.

Captured and about to to be executed, Ferus must escape his death camp to stop the Imperials from learning a secret everyone thought died on Naboo. Deep below the surface of Coursant the Erased and Solace's followers are being massacred. Will these seed of rebellion survive? A great story, lots of action but a little rushed, and good story an enjoyable read.
