best dance training book,

I bought this book out of curiosity as I recently enrolled in adult ballet classes and free-style dance classes.I have never danced before in my life. It is an excellent book packed full of information on the way specific muscles of the body work according to what type of dancing you are doing. It details exercises aimed at specific problems and you gain invaluable insight into where you are going wrong and how to correct it. It is easy to read and follow and although it is aimed at professional and trainee dancers i found it extremely helpful for dancing as a hobby and a way to keep fit as it aims at helping you get the most out of your exercises. Another plus is that it covers all dance forms so you don't need any other book.
