covers some gaps,
This review is from: Dragons of the Highlord Skies: The Lost Chronicles, Volume Two (Dragonlance Novel: The Lost Chronicles) (Dragonlance Novel: The Lost Chronicles (Paperback)) (Mass Market Paperback)
dragons of highlotd skies completely covers the gap between "Dragons of Autumn Twilight" and "Dragons of Winter Night". however, although the turn of events of this story is shifting within the pendulum of drangonlance/lost or rather lost/dragonlance chronicles if we put it in chronological order, the main commun enemy is definitely the dark queen, a charachter we don't have any detailed manner clue from where she emerged . her hidden past and attributes add more obscurity within the chronicles alltogether.
another point to bear in mind that in this story again we tend to realize that the knights quest for the dragon orb had its counterparts for KING ARTHUR's knights's quest for the holy grail and it raises an eyebrow espacially that it is previously assumed that the author apart from lord of the rings , claimed that she is not keen to reading fantasy novels.
anyhow, i enoyed reading this book as well despite the fact that it didn't hold my breath as its predecessor.
