Just used it for the first time, and it was £20 less than Homebase! Yes, the battery is a bit heavy, but come on, you don't need pain-killers after use! I used a step-ladder that had a shelf at the top and was able to rest the battery on this part of the time. It cut very well and I was able to get a neat edge on the hedge top. As others have said, the extension could do with being a bit longer but it still did the job. In view of the comments about breakdown I made sure I made use of a free 2nd year guarantee with my bank (the one that's in the moral soup at the moment).
