Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Levi's Men's 527 Low Boot Cut Jeans (Apparel)
These jeans were bought as a gift for my partner who wears levis on a regular basis. The size on these jeans states that the length should be 30in however when these were tried on ,they were way longer about 4 in longer. will not be buying jeans on this website again

JOHN G O TURNER says:
Boot Cut jeans are traditionally cut much longer than the stated inside leg measure, this is to allow for both the additional cowboy boot heel length (up to 3 inches) plus the 'ride up' effect when riding. With boots on and whilst riding the leg can 'ride up' up as much as 6" but the hem should still sit just below the bottom of the boot heel!

Barrie Winnard says:
If the label says that leg length is 30 then the leg length should be 30. If you want a longer leg length then you can buy one that says 32 or 34. The trade descriptions act says that descriptions should be accurate. How many people in the uk buy jeans to go riding in?
