This is a great book,with loads of recipes, that not only look good ,but taste good too. It is early days yet and it does take time to get used to cutting out Carbs in my daily diet of food. I have only tried a few of these recipes , but I do feel differently now . It has also proved to me, that you do not have to eat stodgy food such as rice and potatoes,which makes me feel bloated after a meal. Instead I have enjoyed experimenting with the recipes so far and I am sure that I will try more of them, over time.Give it a try and see if this book makes a difference for you.
