This review is from: Ice Cold In Alex *Digitally Restored [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
When a company like Optimum, in 2011, release a blu ray disc of an iconic film like this without subtitles for the HOH/deaf, then I say its shameful practice.
I'm only sorry that there wasn't a zero stars option to choose from!

I have just purchased a blu ray copy of Ice Cold in Alex and it DID contain subtitles for the Hard of Hearing. The film also came in a cardboard slipcase.Your player may need a software update.

But the Amazon product page states that there are subtitles - an occasional thing with Optimum until Canal+ became involved.

You should ask for the description to be made clearer, rather than giving the movie a bad rating.
