Feet and inches?,
This review is from: The Particle at the End of the Universe (Kindle Edition)
I enjoyed reading the book and found it informative, though it did seem a bit disjointed at times.
My biggest criticism is that the author uses a hotchpotch of units. He seems happy to use the eV, but why oh why does he use feet, inches, miles per hour etc. It really did spoil it for me. The world's physics community uses the SI system which is logical and far easier to understand than the ancient Imperial system. Does the author really still think and work in Imperial units?
