This is an excellent non-aerobic work out. It is in two very manageable sections and you can feel it working instantly. I could hardly walk after my first work out but once my body got over the initial shock it is really enjoying it now and I am starting to see the results. I love the fact that the first section only takes 40 mins which includes the warm up and cool down and then there is the blaster section and a 4 minute intense work out. Very highly recommended.
