I've been working out for years. Had all sorts of gym equipment. From free weights, full weight machines, rowing machines and bikes.
but for an upper body workout this really is all you need.
why does this beat those things..?
Because it's easily available, it sits in my lounge. when the ads come on TV or I'm waiting for some food to cook I can do a quick 3 min workout... I end up doing this all evening, and it doesn't feel like I've gone to any effort. Going to the gym, getting the free weights out, getting on the huge machine in the garage, all fail because it takes mental effort and discipline to go and do those things. So... they don't get done.
This really does every upper body group that a large workout machine would do, and takes up almost no space.
But like any equipment. you actually have to use it. this ones easy to use.
