This book is great, my attention was attracted by the title. I actually borrowed it from the library and got so much from it I bought it as a resource. Its very informative and the style of writing makes it easy to read.
The writer gives information on how moods can be affected and the devistating impact this potentially has on you as an inividual. She goes on to provide the reader with a very practical programme of exercises to enable you to identify mood altering people and situations then the skills to deal with them.
Dr. Millar approaches this from various levels, from her educated background as a doctor to personal experience; this assists the reader in identifying with the subject. Its definately worth the effort it takes to apply the programme to your life as it assists with the management of every day stress and anxiety.
