Customer Review

on 10 January 2005
I bought this book on the basis that there is a story to be told about how technology has affected golf - both at the top PGA level (longer courses needed) and for amateurs (all help needed, including how to avoid being conned). This book does neither - instead it provides a completely uncritical and shallow account of every aspect of the game including .....new bags, sunglasses, and shirts! Nothing of depth on clubs or balls. Even as a freebie to read in a dentists waiting room, this book would make me angry. What a waste!
A keen golfer.
