Brilliant fun product - everyone will be getting one for Xmas,
This review is from: Polaroid PoGo Digital Photo Printer with Zero Ink (Zink) Technology (Electronics)
I can't tell you how much fun this product is. My kids and I have had a whale of a time "magically" sending photos from my phone to this little black box.
I bought the Pogo because I wanted some easy way of printing off pictures of the kids to stick in their baby books. I have become very casual about how often I updated these books (loads of baby pictures of number one, a few when she was a toddler, almost no baby pictures of number two, and none for the last 12 months!). I just wanted something that meant I didn't have to sit at the computer selecting pictures, printing them off, cutting them down to size and then sticking them in the book about 6 months after the event. The Pogo is perfect for this.
The print quality isn't brilliant but it isn't dreadful either (a bit better than an old polaroid print). You can definately tell who everyone in the picture is. It seems to work better for close up shots rather than landscapes. You wouldn't want to stick them in a photo frame but as a reminder of daft things your kids did when they were little it's fine. The paper is quite pricey and the prints work out at about 30p each, but I think that is a small price to pay for making me look like a better mother than I actually am!
Connecting my phone (very basic Nokia) and camera was easy, but the instructions are pictures only and I had to go on the Polaroid website for more info.
Both my brothers will be getting one for Christmas!
