Does not work on iPad 4,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: TeckNet PowerEx 1 Built-In-Cable 6000mAh (Duo-Output 3.4A Output) Smart USB Portable Charger External Battery Power Bank With BLUETEK Smart Charging Technology For Andoid Smartphones and Tablets (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Bought it to use with my iPad 4. It does NOT charge it. iPad reads "Not Charging".
Works fine on my iPhone 5 - but that is not why I bought it.
It clearly stated that it should work:
"TeckNet® iEP517 "iTorch" 5200mAh External Battery Pack and Charger for iPad 4/3/2"...

Cheatin' Jockey says:
iPad's need more than 500ma to show 'charging'. If you plug it into a PC (not a Mac, they have high power USB ports) it will say 'not charging' but it is - leave it for a few hours and you will see the bar fill up. Takes a day on my laptop.
Your battery just didn't have enough juice to light up the charge indicator but it would have been trickle charging.
