This review is from: 101 Things I Wish I'd Known When I Started Using Hypnosis (Hardcover)
'101 things I wish I'd known when I started using hypnosis' is a valuable pocket size resource that will appeal to anyone interested in hypnotherapy, whether they are a novice or a recognized expert.
The book is entertaining, informative and well written, and contains a wealth of knowledge, drawn from many years of experience.
In terms of the contents the author ably demonstrates restraint, concision and precision.
There are only 128 pages, but they all contain 'nuggets' - the sort of advice and wisdom that you usually only get word of mouth from a trusted mentor.
I found the 'words' section particularly useful as the author confronts the complexity of language head on. To paraphrase the author - what we say, how we say it, and what we omit all matter but so do intuition and feeling.
