Customer Review

on 27 January 2014
This book first appeared in the 60s in the UK and has been popular ever since - in the kitchens of TV chefs, you very often see it displayed on their shelves! It is simply an inclusive compilation of popular recipes that work, set out simply with no frills, ie just the name, the ingredients and the method. Measurements are shown in imperial and metric. I'm just about to order it for my daughter in Canada and my niece in NZ - it's a good cookook to have when you're stuck!
