An excellent yoga DVD,

I have been practicing yoga using DVD at home for a couple of years and so far this is my favourite one. It does make you sweat and you will feel that you are working really hard to maintain the postures. I like it because it is quite challenging. Most yoga DVDs out there are a bit light and I prefer the more challenging one like this one. You will ache in the next day. One downside would be the fact that there isn't that many postures that focus on abdominal strength while lying on the floor. The abs workout toward the end is a bit light in comparison to the other postures. The standing postures start off with sun salutation and sometimes you can get bored but for me it is perfect as it helps me be more flexible. I still can't do the whole 60 minute routine without taking a break but hopefully it will help me improve the more I do it. Also the length of section B is a bit too smilar to section C. It lasts about 36 mins while section C lasts 30. But overall, this is an excellent yoga DVD for those who like a challenge workout.
