Very quick change of exercises,

I was practicing yoga before my pregnancy for 1 year but I found it extremely difficult to follow this DVD as a pregnant woman. The 30 minutes workout should normally be 45 if the changes from one exercise to another were more normal and respect the fact that pregnat women will try to follow the exercises. I would not recommend that.
