Samara has a flair for internet publicity which, at first reading seems greater than her flair for writing. Whilst this book has some useful [but hardly original] tips for journaling there was an increasing awareness of 'too much information' concerning her personal life. In fairness, perhaps it is a gap thing. There is a gender gap so this slim book may well appeal more to female readers ... I am a bloke. There is a generation gap, Samar is young and I am not. She does drugs and I do not. As her many lovers might've said just before 'goodbye'. "Sorry, it's not you, it's me'.
