This is an interesting book if you are interested in organisational development. You will find the most important theories and methods to deal with change, from Schein to Lewin to Kotter and many more. It is an extract of the most important books on change management (therefore it is a sort of repository of the thought leaders in this field). There are some minor authors that I would have not included (the part on the internal consultant is utterly irrelevant), but this is a small drawback. An interesting book to own if you deal with change management or if you are interested in this topic.
