Winnie-the-Pooh heads North,

This review is from: Winnie-the-Pooh in Scots (Paperback)
Written to bring this old favourite to Scottish children, or for those, who like me, want to get back in contact with their roots and brush up on Scottish idioms, this is an enjoyable way to revisit Christopher Robin's adventures with Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger etc. Some names are adapted to suit the idiom but with charming results. Much more fun than Winnie-the-Pooh in Latin. I just had to pass this one on to my son, so I canna gie ye ony quotes, ye ken.
