This review is from: The J. M. Barrie Ladies' Swimming Society (Paperback)
Very badly written, poor plot development, cringeworthy mistakes with language; not comparable to the The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society which was charming, and well written. I am a cold water swimmer myself and had to laugh out loud at the inaccuracies written about this activity. I really couldn't recommend this book and, as it was a present to me from a friend, am worried about how I am going to be tactful when she asks me how I enjoyed it, because I didn't.
