This review is from: Mr. Nice Guy [DVD] (DVD)
Jackie Chan films should be treated like Fred Astaire's: you put up with the wafer-thin corny plots for the set sequences, which are so perfect within their field that you can forgive the shortcomings of the rest of the movie. Mr Nice Guy is a case in point. If you really can't stand the plot (personally, I think it adds to the charm of the movie) then fast forward to the action sequences, which are worth the price of the DVD in themselves.
