This book is a life saver! If you are ready to accept responsibility for your own health and you want to understand WHY you are ill or in pain, then this book will tell you! It is written in an easy to understand format and explains how our bodies work and how we become ill when things go wrong in our lives. Once you start to read it, it all makes perfect sense. I have had so many 'lightbulb' moments whilst reading it and sometimes that is all you need to feel better. Once you can make the connection between your emotional stress, you can start to make changes through therapies such as Emotional Freedom Technique. I wish I had read this book 30 years ago!
