the book presents some useful info, and some things are clearly explained. couple of things i found was that the author rambled on about the same thing for many sections, so found that a little too repetitive, and also i found he referred a lot to the research other people have done, which makes me feel its a bit like a summary of other peoples work. but i am keen to try out the theories from next week for a month and see if there are benneficial. for me right now, i seem to have hit a plateau in terms of getting a bit bigger and leaner. if it works, i will def post a follow up.
