I discovered Barbara's Seven Secrets of Yoga DVD just recently, and was hoping to progress to a different routine under the Total Body Plan. However the content is not radically different which was somewhat disappointing initially. On the plus side Barbara is as encouraging as ever, and the pace at which the exercises progress seems to be more less rushed. It would definitely help anyone improve on their flexibility. However, I don't think that I would buy another Barbara Currie DVD without checking out the reviews first - as I do feel that this is a case of old wine in new bottles.
