Compared to any of the "known" makes of soldering equipment, this is about half (or less) the price.
Being a three in one bit of kit, it's very nice to have it all in one unit.
The heat gun is nice, good range of air flow and good range of temperature.
Haven't used the inbuilt PSU but it seems to be working fine.
The soldering iron comes with a very narrow tip.
The soldering iron is really my only gripe, I don't know where the temperature sensor is, but it must be a long way away from the tip. Used on extremely small components and it's fine. Use it on anything bigger and the joint/copper tracks can suck all the heat out and the temp sensor just doesn't pick that up. You have to physically wind the temperature knob up, then back down once it's heated up. (I've actually had the iron cool down that much it has soldered itself to the joint, you could let go and it'd stay stood up or more worryingly, pull the track off the PCB)
I've given up with it for anything other than very fine work, so I've now got two soldering iron stations on my desk, which kind of defeats the point of buying an all in one unit.
In summary, great if you want to use it for SMC work, but the iron isn't up to anything bigger.
If you're going to use it for SMC work it's fine. I'd recommend also ordering the tweezers (and stand) that can be used with this unit as the heat gun is OK for removing stuff but tweezers are a lot less potentially damaging when working with simple components, maybe the seller could think about bundling them all together?
