Its a shame really, I was looking forward to this little trinket.
I can't really vouch for how well it performs with other phones, but for the HTC desire its very frustrating. Prepare one and all for a heavy modification of your phone to make this connect for any useful length of time.
It has disconnected somewhere in the region of 30 times today already, with very few automatic reconnections. Which honestly begs the question, why invent a bluetooth device of this nature, if it requires constant manual intervention?
For me, this was to be a quick way of viewing my incoming meesages, mail and social network updates - but I find myself pulling my phone out of my pocket more often than before - just to connect the damn thing.
All this after 3 hours of research into the product, and a rather fiddley wrist strap build. The manual is also 0% helpful. You could burn it upon arrival and know more about the product than having read it.
All said and done, when it works - it really is impressive, impressive enough for me to keep searching for better connection methods/ firmware updates online. However, if you havent the patience - or you value the current setup of your phone, then by all means avoid this product.
